THE COSMOPOLITAN ASKELI BEACH

The cosmopolitan beach at Askeli, the most popular and one of the cleanest beaches in Poros, has been awarded a Blue Flag and is a large organized sandy beach facing the open sea.

The beach in places has sand or pebbles and in some parts there are tall eucalyptus and tamarisk trees, which create shade for those who don't like the sun too much.

At the beginning of the beach, in a large part of it, the beach is not organized. There are only umbrellas, under which you can lie on the beach.

The rest of the beach, which is organized, consists of three (3) successively organized sections, with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and showers, which, in addition to coffee, ice cream, drinks and soft drinks, offer nice snacks or even junk food.

In front of the beach road there are snack cafes, picturesque taverns and a steakhouse-restaurant, with quality food and really good prices.

In the middle of the beach there is a ski school and facilities with water sports.

Askeli communicates with the town of Poros by taxi or by boat.

If you walk, you need about 20 minutes.
